"Recent Photographies" brings together a selection of our most recent wildlife images, created over time around Tenorio Lodge in Costa Rica, as well as during occasional travels. Our photographic work is closely connected to the environment in which we live, where observing nature is part of everyday life.
For nearly twenty years, we have been carrying out concrete conservation and reforestation efforts at Tenorio Lodge, with the aim of restoring local ecosystems. These long-term efforts have allowed the forest to gradually regenerate, enabling many animal species to return and establish themselves sustainably.
Today, this renewed biodiversity offers us the rare opportunity to observe and photograph wildlife almost every day, in natural conditions and without staging. The images presented here reflect this closeness, repeated encounters with the same species, and a relationship built over time.
This photographic work follows a patient and respectful approach, where knowledge of place, discretion, and time spent matter as much as the moment captured.
